Tetra Tech DPK seeks senior commercial law experts for short-term and long-term consulting assignments on anticipated USAID and other donor-funded legal and economic reform projects around the world.
Requirements:
• Expertise in at least one of the following areas: arbitration law; capital goods leasing; commodities exchange law; competition law; franchising; negotiable instruments; bankruptcy law; capital markets law; companies law; financing/lending/credit law; intellectual property; secured transactions; contract law; trade practices law; tax law; labor law; or other related areas
• Degree from an ABA-accredited law school and a minimum of 5 years experience working on commercial law issues
• Prior experience on USAID or other international donor-funded rule of law projects preferred
• Regional specializations and associated language skills preferred
