Tt DPK is seeking senior enforcement of judgments experts for short-term and long-term consulting opportunities on anticipated USAID and other donor-funded projects around the world.
Requirements: Candidates must have extensive relevant professional experience with a minimum of 5 years working in transitional and/or developing countries in at least one of the following areas:
• Reform of judgment and contract enforcement systems
• Creditors' rights
• Training of bailiffs/execution agents
• Developing process improvements for execution procedures
• Supporting privatization of judgment enforcement
• JD or equivalent
• Regional specializations and associated language skills preferred
